Disneyland Paris!

So me and Catarina went on vacation again, this time to beautiful (and sunny!) Paris! 

For the first day, we went to Disneyland, a dream for both of us. Just being so close to Sleeping Beauty's Castle that we so often see everywhere, really felt like a dream.

We went everywhere we could, and ride every ride available. It was really sunny and warm, so it felt even better! At the end of the day, we watched the Disney Parade, in which we could see the Disney characters live!

On the second day, we went to Disney Studios, another park where you can see the wonders of film making and behind the scenes. I t was really something else!

We started the day by riding the Rock and Roller Coaster, a looping ride with Aerosmith's music. Really amazing!

This was the day that we could finally take a picture wtih Mickey, scine we were tryign to do so sicne the previous day.

 The last day was to visit Paris, adn though tiring, it was really fun and amazing. Paris is indeed a beautiful city!.

We visited the Eiffel Tower, Concorde, the Louvre and Notre Dame! It also felt like a dream, being so close to these monuments!

It was really a wonderful experience, and I do hope to go back to Paris. J'adore Paris!

EVS is definitely not for people who like to do the same thing every day.

Unfortunately I couldn`t go to Barcelona with Margarida and Catarina, but I went  to Austria, with Sonia (my coordinator) and 4 students for a Leonardo da Vinci project. The trip and the experience were wonderful. We visit Innsbruck in groups, had concerts for elder people and had a great Austrian night full of “yodeling”. I never thought that Innsbruck or our international group can make me so happy!

Trip to Barcelona!

On the weekend of 10, 11 and 12th of February, me and Catarina went to Barcelona! We had a wonderful time there, where we could experience by ourselfs the beautiful creations fo Gaudi: Parc Gauel, La Pedrera, Casa Batló and the Sagrada Família.

We stay at a very nice hostel and met people from differente countries and cultures!

At the last day we went to the barcelona Zoo and visited the beach, because since we are from Portugal, we really missed seing the sea...

It was such nice weather, and being able to relax and to know such a beautiful city was certaintly a great experience!

MUDAM, birthday party and soirée litéraire

Moein! So, these past weekends and week were full of activities. On Saturday 14th we went to visit MUDAM, the museum of modern art. It was really interesting and the architecture of the museum itself was spectacular.

After visiting the museum, we went to the cinema to watch "J. Edgar". Truly amazing acting!

During the week, at January 19th, we had the Soirée Litéraire (literature night) with "The string of time" as a theme. It was very interesting, and had many participants.

To finish off, this weekend, Catarina had a birthday party of a member of CCPL's theatre group. For what she told me, it was a great party, with great people.

These days that passed, were a lot of fun, and I hope more of these days and nights will come, where we can laugh and be together with no worries, because it's in that carefree surronding that I feel happier and truly alive...

Returning to work!

The first week of returning to work. The holidays were good, me and Guida catched a lot of sun in Portugal and Andrada catched snow in Romania. I started organizing activities to be held in February. Guida is going to Portugal for participating in the Project "ViaEUropa" and Andrada and Sónia are going to Austria with four teenagers in the Project "European Art Confluence".

The is week ended the best way with Guida making an apple pie and us going out at night at M Club disco with Sónia.
