Hello again :D

Moein! It already has been 4 months since we arrived in this beautiful and charming country, and I can honestly say that I love the country, and it's diversity of culture and people!
My job in CCPL is "Communication": mostly everything multimedia and artsy. I'm working on flyers, update of the association's website, facebook and blogs, as well on a bulletin every three months and newsletter.
I also do video editing, and next year, I´m teaching two workshops, one of Stop-Motion Technique, and other of Comics. I hope everyone will like it!
It's been really nice working with people from other countries and exchange our points of view and belifs. It has been really enriching. Let's hope for a good continuation of what I believe can be a great year in Luxembourg :)

Hello :)

Moein! Since the presentation has been done, here's a little resumé of my work in Confederation of the Portuguese Community in Luxembourg (CCPL), the association the three of us are working.
The objective is to organize activities to be developed in the Mediateca of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, a portuguese bank that has a partnership with CCPL. Until now, we organized some activities to be done in 2012.
I'm also a part of CCPL's Theatre Group, where I participated in two big projects, one of them called "Imaginário Teatral ao Serviço da Realidade Social" (theatre imaginary in service of social reality) where I worked with children with mental and phisical disabilities; and a theatre play with the group who consists of amateur actors, intituled "Um dia a casa vai abaixo" (one day the house will fall), which is a comedy.
Another thing I do is to give support to the library of Ettelbruck Parents Association, where I help in the books database and organization.
For now, this has been my job here, although I help with a bit of everything when needed :)

Moein ! (= Hello, in Luxembourgish)
Hello everybody, we have been already for almost 4 months in Luxembourg for an EVS experience and we want to share with you some of our impressions so far.
Being an EVS volunteer in Luxembourg has been a great experience so far because I have the chance to work with wonderful people, in an wonderful country, doing things I like. My work consists mainly in working with/on national and international projects, like `Toi et moi, moi et toi ensemble (projects for immigrats from 3d countries), Soirées Littéraires (Literature Night), Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig etc. I love going to meetings, being responsable for important stuff, being in charge of events while still enjoying myself meeting interesting people.
Besides working, I had the opportunity to travel alot (2 times to France) and to go to concerts and parties, where besides volunteers from all over the world, I met lots of students from all over the world. I love Luxembourg and its cultural diversity. :) ("Bis vivit qui bene vivit" - He who lives twice lives well. Andrada Deatcu)
